Tim Hortons simple questions.?

Just the fact they have so many outlets you cannot turn around or drive 1/2 mile and not see one, for me I am not big fan, here in Toronto ON I can find a Timothy's, Second Cup, I live 3 blocks from a Future Bakery Cafe, I like add my own milk and sweetener, TH customer loyalty comes from again there outlet numbers, selection and speed of service.
