Do you like my short novel excerpt/ FEEDBACK PLEASE?!?
Just a brief recommendation is not to use the name Bella for one of your characters since the twilight franchise is all they will think about :-) instead of really getting to know your character . But looks great!

wow. this is really good. just... wow. cant really think of anything else to say. too good for words to describe. lol im weird.
Whike you were pregnat or are did your babys umbilical cord have one artery and one vein?

If that were me in that situation, it would have got ugly. Yes you did the right thing. Some people have the manners of a lion at feeding time.
Why won't my mother belive that depression is a real disease?
Have a family session with your therapist. I'm glad you did go to see one, despite what your mother says. I have depression as well, and see a therapist. And think that some people don't believe it is a disease, or a real problem, because you can't really physically SEE the disease, like on an x-ray, or through a blood test. I hope you can get some medicine, which sometimes it's trial and error, on getting on the right one and dosage. Which also is another reason why I think people don't believe depression is real, since it's trial and error.

I don't think so. I think they were just the last to climb down from the trees on the evolutionary scale.
How do i get my muscles to show up more?
If you want to have the look of a more defined muscle then you should lift heavier weight and less reps. If you want to tone then you use lower wts and more reps. As far as bulking up it takes quite a long time to get really bulky. At your age 13 you are still growing so I think in a couple years you will bulk up naturally. Just give it time. swimming and and any activity or sport is good. It is more important to eat a balanced diet so your body can have the proper nutrition to develop muscle later on. Eat lots of protein complex carbs and fresh fruits and vegtables. good luck.
