Is there really ual ault in the military against women?

I've heard from different people on this, but aparently there is a HUGE number of military-women within the U.S. military who are ually aulted or d within the military, I've heard from 1-in-3 to 1-in-10, I mean I know any form of ual ault is a problem, but is it a big problematic problem. My question is, are the numbers really high in the military as others have said, and what can one do to stop/reduce this from happening any further?
