My cornsnake hatchling hasn't eaten. Why?

I have had it (and another hatchling) for about 3 months now. The other has eaten regularly & this one hasn't. It seems intimidated & uninterested. I feed it thawed pinkies. It's lost weight & I don't want it to die! Is there something I can do?
