I've been having a constant pain on my lower right side?

could it be chronic appendicitis? cuz my first cat scan show it was slightly inflamed, but when they gave me antibiotics my 2nd cat scan showed it went away...but it still hurts. Is it possible for the inflammation to come back? My doctors are baffled and don't know what it is. any help?
