Help Please? In which of the compounds (NH3, HF, CH4) would significant hydrogen bonding occur?

For hydrogen bonding to occur there needs to be a hydrogen in a polar bond and an electronegative element on a neighboring molecule. In this problem NH3 and HF have polar bonds and both nitrogen and fluorine are more electronegative that hydrogen so your answer is choice 3, I and II only. The carbon hydrogen bond is not polar, since C and H have similar electronegativities.
