How can I find a list of pitchers in which their own team scored the fewest runs when he started? career stat?

Not that he won the game, or was around at the end....but there must be a site where I can ask for fewest runs scored by his own team per nine innings when pitcher X started....or at least get a top 100 list....I bet Nolan Ryan would have to be a "hard luck" pitcher....please help
