What do you think of Okajima?

That's a great idea and since he is on a team that wins so often, he's going to have to set it up for Papelbon very often. The good thing is that win he pitches he usually doesn't give up any runs. You've probably got plenty of saves, so I don't see how dropping Accardo or Capps would be a bad idea. Capps is on a pretty bad team, but does usually pitch well when he does get the chance. Accardo hasn't been pitching well though. If you want package Accardo and Capps for one good reliever, then with the extra spot open, pick up Okajima. Hope this helps you!!!! Good Luck!!!!
