Does Enfamil Gentlease get digested faster than Enfamil Lipil. My son is waking up in the night now to eat.?

My son is almost 12 weeks and was sleeping through the night (8 hours) but he was a little fussy during feedings with the Enfamil Lipil (gold can) so I switched him to the Enfamil Gentlease. His stool is green now but I read that it might be that way as he adjusts to the new formula. But he has been waking up for a feed in the middle of the night now. Is the Enfamil Gentlease digested faster?
