Isn't it sad that the only jobs Americans can get at the U.N is low paid Security work?

I heard this from sources inside U.N headquarters (NY) who tell me that when they see Resumes with Anglo-American names, they intentionally rip up the resumes because they don't want to hire Americans. This really saddens me because it seems the only jobs that Americans can get at the U.N is by the gate as a security personnel or janitor, cleaners while the 3rd world sbags leech off the system. What can be done about this?
