Why Am i always tiyed?

Im 16 female.Im always really,really tiyed,But i have been having problems with bad-dreams at night if im asleep or awake.The once awake are worse,They always bad once where Men are coming to get me & hurt me. I hear men vocies too sometimes.Its scary,it makes me scared to do anything like if im in bed im certion theres someone in bathroom or on landing even though my bedroom doors open & landing lights on so i wont get out of bed even if i need toilet. Whem im awake having them im scared to move,sometimes i run upstaries & watch tracey beaker or something to try & take my mind of it but that doesnt matter because the bad-dream wont go away untill it wants too,it can last 20minutes,an hour or more when ever it wants to stop & i cant control it no matter how hard i try. ;[
