I had a miscarriage about one month and a week ago..after 21 days I had a very heavy period..that for?

one week was heavy and now has turn into brownish discharge with some traces of reddish blood that has not stopped(its been another week of this also) ..it is not heavy but it is there..I took a pregnancy test to see if my hcg is still showing to understand why this is happening..I took 2 pregnancy tests..both are positive..i also went to the ob gyn while on my period for a scheduled checkup..he checked me under a sonogram and it showned I had ovarian cysts which he wanted to see if they disappear on their own..i don't understand what's going on with my body..someone share any experiences like this..
