My child has sensory integration but is very withdrawn and will not talk to us? H e is 19?

He has become very socially isolated and does not want to engage in any activities except staying in his room and playing video games. Does anyone have any ideas to deal with this or have experienced this. We have been to numerous doctors but he is not very verbal in communication
